View Your Payslips

Workmax gives you secure online access to your payslips, so you can view and download them whenever you need to — for example, when applying for a mortgage, a loan or a tenancy. Your payslip becomes available as soon as your employer publishes the pay run for that period.

View Your Payslips​

To view your payslips, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with your employee account.
  2. Go to the "Payslips" section.
  3. You will see a list of your payslips, most recent first. Each one shows the pay date and pay period.
  4. Click on the payslip you want to open.
  5. Review your payslip. It shows your gross pay, deductions, net pay and year-to-date figures.

To keep a copy, click on the "Download" button to save the payslip as a PDF.

If a payslip you expect is missing, or a figure looks wrong, contact your employer or Workmax Support.
