Employee Self Service

Overview

Employee Self-Service (ESS) lets your team members manage their own information and day-to-day tasks in Workmax, without having to email HR or a manager. Employees can update their personal, contact and bank details, view their payslips and documents, check their schedule, and submit time off, timesheets and expenses — all from a web browser or the Workmax mobile app.

Giving employees self-service access reduces the administrative burden on your HR and payroll teams, keeps records accurate and up to date, and gives your people 24/7 access to the information that matters to them.

Why Use Employee Self-Service?

Workmax Employee Self-Service offers the following benefits:

  • Less admin: Employees update their own details, so HR spends less time on data entry.
  • Accurate records: Information comes straight from the employee, reducing errors.
  • Transparency: Employees can see their payslips, leave balances and schedule at any time.
  • Convenience: Everything is available online and on mobile, wherever your team works.
