Overview​

Compliance helps you evidence safer recruitment across your workforce. The Single Central Record (SCR) dashboard tracks the recruitment and vetting checks your organisation must hold for each employee — such as DBS checks, right to work, references, proof of address and qualification verification — and shows their status in real time.

Because checks are tracked with issue and expiry dates, Workmax can highlight what is expiring soon, what has lapsed, and which people are most at risk, so you can stay inspection-ready and act before certifications run out.
