Connect an Integration
Connect an integration to link Workmax with another service. You start from the catalog of available integrations and add a connection.
Connect an Integration
To connect an integration, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
- Go to the "Integrations" section.
- Open the "Catalog" tab to see the integrations available to connect. Each entry shows its name, description and authentication type.
- Find the integration you want and click on the "Add Connection" button.
- Follow the prompts to authorise the connection. Depending on the integration, this may open the provider's sign-in page to complete the connection.
Once connected, the integration appears in your "Connections" list with its status. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
