Company Onboarding
This guide will help you set up your company on the platform.
Step 1: Company Details
- Enter your company details.
- Company Name
- Company Industry
- Company Type
- Company Phone Number
- Company Other Phone Number (Optional)
- Company Address
- Click "Save & continue" button.
Step 2: Company Tax Details (Optional)
- Enter your company tax details.
- HMRC Office Number
- Employer PAYE Reference
- Accounts Office Reference
- Employer's Contracted Out Number (ECON) (Optional)
- Self Assessment Unique Taxpayer Reference (SAUTR) (Optional)
- Select Yes or No for the following questions:
- Are you required to pay the Apprenticeship Levy?
- Are you eligible for Small Employers Relief?
- Have you registered for Payrolling Benefits in Kind?
- Are you eligible for Employment Allowance?
- Click "Save & continue" button.
Step 3: Company Signatory Details (Optional)
- Enter your company signatory details.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Job Title
- National Insurance Number
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Click "Save & continue" button.
Step 4: Company Pay Schedule
- Enter your company pay schedule details.
- Pay Schedule Name
- Pay Schedule Frequency (Weekly, Fortnightly, Four Weekly, Monthly)
- Day of the Week (Weekly)
- Day of the Month (Monthly)
- Cut-off Offset (The number of days before the pay date that the cut-off date falls)
- Start Date
- First Pay Date
- Default (Yes or No)
- Click "Save & continue" button.
Step 5: Company Work Schedule
- Enter your company work schedule details.
- Work Schedule Type (Fixed or Variable)
- Working Days
- Working Hours
- Breaks
- Holiday year "Start Month" and "Start Date" (The start date of the holiday year)
- Click "Save & continue" button.
Step 6: Done
Click "Complete" button to finish the setup process.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up your company on the platform. You can now add team members and start running payroll.
