What is an FPS?​

An FPS (Full Payment Submission) is a report that you need to send to HMRC every time you pay your employees. It includes details of the payments you've made to your employees and the deductions you've made from their pay.

How FPS Works​

Workmax will generate an FPS (Full Payment Submission) each time you pay your employees. The FPS contains details of the payments you've made to your employees and the deductions you've made from their pay. You can submit the FPS to HMRC through Workmax, and HMRC will use this information to update your employees' tax records.

How to Submit an FPS​

To submit an FPS in Workmax, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Go to the "RTI" section.
  3. Click on the "New Project" button.
  4. Select the FPS you want to submit.
  5. Click on the "Actions" button.
  6. Select the "Submit FPS" option.
