Sign In to the Mobile App

Before you can sign in, you need a Workmax account. Your employer creates this for you when they add you as a team member, and you will receive an email invitation to set your password. Make sure you have installed the mobile app first.

Sign In​

To sign in to the mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Workmax app on your device.
  2. Enter the email address you were invited with.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Tap the "Sign In" button.

You will now be signed in and taken to your Dashboard.

Forgotten Your Password?​

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?".
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Tap "Send" and follow the link in the email to reset your password.

If you have not received an invitation email, or you are having trouble signing in, contact your employer or Workmax Support.
