View Your Schedule on Mobile

The Workmax mobile app lets you check your shifts and visits wherever you are. Your schedule updates automatically whenever your manager publishes or changes a rota, and you can receive push notifications for upcoming shifts and changes.

View Your Schedule​

To view your schedule on the app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Workmax app and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Tap "Schedule" in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Browse your shifts by day or week.
  4. Tap a shift to see its details, such as start and end times, breaks, location and any notes.

Manage Your Shifts​

From the Schedule screen you can also:

  • Request an open shift: Pick up a shift that has not yet been assigned.
  • Request a shift swap: Ask a colleague to swap a shift with you.

Your manager will be notified to approve any request you make.
