CQC Compliance Dashboard

The CQC compliance dashboard helps care providers monitor visit compliance across the organisation. It brings together punctuality, visit verification, exceptions and audit trends so you can evidence oversight for the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

View the CQC Compliance Dashboard​

To view the dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
  2. Go to the "Reports" section.
  3. Open the "CQC compliance dashboard" (in the Scheduling category, or via Reports → CQC compliance).
  4. Set the filters to focus the dashboard:
    • Start date and End date
    • Client
    • Company location
    • Department
    • Person
  5. Review the dashboard, which includes:
    • KPI cards — headline compliance metrics.
    • Trends — total visits, missed visits, late visits, early departures, unverified visits and open exceptions over time.
    • Drilldown table — visit-level detail behind the figures.

Refresh and Export​

  • Click on the "Refresh" button to reload the latest data.
  • Click on the "CSV" button to export the dashboard for audits and inspections.

The dashboard draws on your scheduled and delivered visits, so keeping shifts and care history up to date keeps the compliance picture accurate. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
