Delete a timesheet

If you need to delete a timesheet in Workmax, you can do so easily from the timesheets list. This guide will show you how to delete a timesheet in Workmax.

note

You can only delete timesheets that have not been approved by your manager. If a timesheet has been approved, you will need to contact your manager to delete it.

How to delete a timesheet

Employee Profile

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an employee account.
  2. Go to the "Timesheets" section.
  3. Select your name from the list of employees.
  4. Click on the "View" link.
  5. Find the timesheet you want to delete and click on the "Delete" link.
  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Workmax will now delete the timesheet, and it will be removed from the timesheets list. Your manager will get a notification when you delete the timesheet. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.

Manager or Admin Profile

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
  2. Go to the "People" section.
  3. Select the employee from the list of employees.
  4. Click on the "Timesheets" tab.
  5. Click on the "View" link.
  6. Find the timesheet you want to delete and click on the "Delete" link.
  7. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Workmax will now delete the timesheet, and it will be removed from the timesheets list. Your manager will get a notification when you delete the timesheet. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
