📄️ Add a Deduction
If you have a custom deduction that you want to add to Workmax, which is not available in the system by default, you can add it as a custom deduction. Custom deductions can be used to deduct amounts from your employees' payslips in addition to the standard deductions that are available in Workmax.
📄️ Edit a Deduction
To make existing deductions more accurate or to update the details of a deduction, you can edit the deduction in Workmax. This allows you to change the name, code, reference, and other details of the deduction.
📄️ Delete a Deduction
To remove a deduction from Workmax, you can delete the deduction from the system. This will remove the deduction from the list of available deductions and prevent it from being applied to future payslips.
📄️ Clone a Deduction
Cloning a deduction allows you to create a new deduction based on an existing deduction. This can be useful if you have a similar deduction that you want to create with minor changes. Cloning a deduction will copy all the details of the existing deduction, and you can then edit the new deduction to make any necessary changes.
