HMRC Details
HMRC details are required to submit the payroll information to HMRC. To add HMRC details, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
- Click on your "My Account" icon in the top left corner of the page.
- Navigate to "HMRC details" section.
- Click on the "Edit" in hmrc details section.
- Enter the HMRC details.
- HMRC Office Number
- Employer PAYE Reference
- Accounts Office Reference
- Employer's Contracted Out Number (ECON) (Optional)
- Self Assessment Unique Taxpayer Reference (SAUTR) (Optional)
- Select Yes or No for the following questions:
- Are you required to pay the Apprenticeship Levy?
- Are you eligible for Small Employers Relief?
- Have you registered for Payrolling Benefits in Kind?
- Are you eligible for Employment Allowance?
- Click "Save" button.
Workmax will save the HMRC details and use them to submit the payroll information to HMRC. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
