Timesheet Settings

Timesheet settings allow you to set up the timesheet details and manage your timesheet settings.

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account.
  2. Click on your "My Account" icon in the top left corner of the page.
  3. Navigate to "Payroll Settings" section.
  4. Click on the "Edit" in the timesheet settings section.
  5. Enter your timesheet settings.
    • Select Yes or No for "Enable Timesheets".
    • Select Yes or No for "Enable Timesheet Breaks".
    • Select Yes or No for "Require Breaks".
    • Select Yes or No for "Require Photo".
    • Select Yes or No for "Require Location".
    • Enter the "Location Radius".
    • Select Yes or No for "Auto Approve Timesheets". (This will automatically approve timesheets within the specified location)
  6. Click "Save" button.
