Create a Care Profile Template

Care profile templates are reusable starter profiles that help you set up new clients safely and consistently. A template can carry default preferences, notes, risks and skills, which you then tailor to each client.

Create a Care Profile Template​

To create a care profile template, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
  2. Go to the "Clients" section and open the "Care profile templates" area.
  3. Click on the "Create custom profile template" button.
  4. Details — enter the template details:
    • Template name
    • Description
    • Type (Starter or Company)
    • Gender preference
  5. Click through to the "Review" step and check the template summary.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.

Workmax will add the template to your "Care profile templates" list, where it can be applied when setting up a client's care profile. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
