Duplicate a Care Plan

Duplicating a care plan creates a copy you can adjust, which is useful when a client's care changes or when you want to base a new plan on an existing one without starting again.

Duplicate a Care Plan​

To duplicate a care plan, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
  2. Go to the "Clients" section and open the client.
  3. Open the "Care Plans" tab.
  4. Click on the care plan you want to copy.
  5. Click on the "Duplicate" button.
  6. Review and adjust the copied plan's visits and tasks as needed.
  7. Click on the "Save plan" button.

Workmax will create a new draft care plan from the copy. When you are ready, activate the care plan to start delivering it. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
