Postpone Employee from Auto-Enrollment

To assess an employee's eligibility for auto-enrollment, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Go to the "People" section.
  3. Select the employee you want to change the details of.
  4. Select the "Pension" tab
  5. Click on the "Edit" link in the Auto-enrollment assessment section.
  6. Enter assessment details:
    • Yes/No - "Is the employee a UK resident?"
    • Yes - "Is the employee exempt from auto-enrollment?"
    • Yes/No - "Do you want to postpone the employee from auto-enrollment?"
    • By specific date/By offset - "How do you want to postpone the employee?"
    • By specific date - Enter the specific date.
    • By offset - Enter the offset in "days" or "months"
    • Yes/No - "Have you communicated the postponement to the employee?"
  7. Click on the "Save" button.
