Change Employee Compensation and Working Schedule

You can change the compensation and working schedule details of an employee in Workmax. Follow these steps to change the compensation and working schedule details of an employee:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Go to the "People" section.
  3. Select the employee you want to change the details of.
  4. Select the "Job & Pay" tab.
  5. Click on the "Edit" link in the Compensation and Working Schedule section.
  6. Change the details you want to update.
    • Employment Status (Fixed/Part-Time)
    • Salary (Yearly, Hourly)
    • Amount (Salary amount)
    • Bank Holiday Country (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
    • Working Schedule Type (Fixed, Variable)
    • Working Days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  7. Click on the "Save" button.
