Change Employee Job Details
You can change the job details of an employee in Workmax. Follow these steps to change the job details of an employee:
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
- Go to the "People" section.
- Select the employee you want to change the details of.
- Select the "Job & Pay" tab.
- Click on the "Edit" link in the Job details section.
- Change the details you want to update.
- Payroll ID
- HMRC RTI ID
- Job Title
- Start Date
- Probation Start Date (Optional)
- Probation End Date (Optional)
- Department (Optional)
- Location (Optional)
- Manager (Optional)
- Pay Calendar
- Click on the "Save" button.
