Change Employee Job Details

You can change the job details of an employee in Workmax. Follow these steps to change the job details of an employee:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Go to the "People" section.
  3. Select the employee you want to change the details of.
  4. Select the "Job & Pay" tab.
  5. Click on the "Edit" link in the Job details section.
  6. Change the details you want to update.
    • Payroll ID
    • HMRC RTI ID
    • Job Title
    • Start Date
    • Probation Start Date (Optional)
    • Probation End Date (Optional)
    • Department (Optional)
    • Location (Optional)
    • Manager (Optional)
    • Pay Calendar
  7. Click on the "Save" button.
