Change Employee Personal Details

You can change the details of an employee in Workmax. Follow these steps to change the details of an employee:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Go to the "People" section.
  3. Select the employee you want to change the details of.
  4. Select the "Personal Details" tab.
  5. Click on the "Edit" link in the Personal details section.
  6. Change the details you want to update.
    • Title (Optional)
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • Marital Status
    • Nationality
    • Right to Work Status (Optional)
    • Passport Number (Optional)
    • Passport Expiry Date (Optional)
    • Driving License Number (Optional)
    • Visa Number (Optional)
    • Visa Expiry Date (Optional)
    • Yes/No to "Have your checked the employee's DBS/CRB check?" (Optional)
    • DBS/CRB Number (Optional)
    • DBS/CRB Check Date (Optional)
    • DBS/CRB Expiry Date (Optional)
    • Personal Email
    • Gender
    • Ethnicity
    • Date of Birth (Optional)
    • Address
  7. Click on the "Save" button.
