Change Employee Personal Details
You can change the details of an employee in Workmax. Follow these steps to change the details of an employee:
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
- Go to the "People" section.
- Select the employee you want to change the details of.
- Select the "Personal Details" tab.
- Click on the "Edit" link in the Personal details section.
- Change the details you want to update.
- Title (Optional)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Marital Status
- Nationality
- Right to Work Status (Optional)
- Passport Number (Optional)
- Passport Expiry Date (Optional)
- Driving License Number (Optional)
- Visa Number (Optional)
- Visa Expiry Date (Optional)
- Yes/No to "Have your checked the employee's DBS/CRB check?" (Optional)
- DBS/CRB Number (Optional)
- DBS/CRB Check Date (Optional)
- DBS/CRB Expiry Date (Optional)
- Personal Email
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- Date of Birth (Optional)
- Address
- Click on the "Save" button.
