Change Employee Starter Details

You can change the starter details of an employee in Workmax. Follow these steps to change the starter details of an employee:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Go to the "People" section.
  3. Select the employee you want to change the details of.
  4. Select the "Job & Pay" tab.
  5. Click on the "Edit" link in the Starter details section.
  6. Change the details you want to update.
    • Starter Declaration (First Job Since the 6th April - A, This is my only job - B, I have another job or pension - C
    • Start Date
    • Yes/No to "Is employee repaying a student loan?"
    • Yes/No to "Is employee repaying a postgraduate loan?"
  7. Click on the "Save" button.

Workmax will now update the starter details of the employee. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
