Opt Out Employee from a Pension Scheme

Employees can opt out of a pension scheme if they don't want to contribute to it. To opt out an employee from a pension scheme, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Go to the "People" section.
  3. Select the employee you want to change the details of.
  4. Select the "Pension" tab
  5. Click on the "Opt-out" link in the Pension contribution details section.
  6. Enter opt-out details:
    • Opt-out Date
    • Opt-out Reason
  7. Click on the "Save" button.

Workmax will now opt-out the employee from the pension scheme. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
