Resend Welcome Email
You can resend the welcome email to employees who have not received it or need to set up their account again. Follow these steps to resend the welcome email:
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
- Go to the "People" section.
- Select the employee you want to resend the welcome email to.
- Click on the "Actions" button.
- Click on the "Resend Welcome Email" button.
Workmax will now resend the welcome email to the employee. The employee will receive an email with a link to set up their account. Once they have set up their account, they will be able to access the Workmax platform with their permissions. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
