Shift Status

Workmax Scheduling uses the following shift statuses:

  • Open: The shift is open for assignment. Employees can request to work this shift.
  • In Progress: The shift is in progress. The employee is currently working this shift.
  • Completed: The shift has been completed. The employee has finished working this shift.
  • Cancelled: The shift has been cancelled. The employee will not work this shift.
  • Missing Clock In: The employee has clocked in but has not met the required clock in criteria.
  • Missing Clock Out: The employee has clocked out but has not met the required clock out criteria.
  • Swap Requested: The employee has requested to swap this shift with another employee.
  • Swap Approved: The shift swap has been approved. The employee will work the new shift.
  • Swap Rejected: The shift swap has been rejected. The employee will work the original shift.
  • Requested: The employee has requested to work this shift.
  • Request Approved: The shift request has been approved. The employee will work this shift.
  • Request Rejected: The shift request has been rejected. The employee will not work this shift.
  • No Show: The employee did not show up for this shift.
  • On Hold: The shift is on hold. The employee will not work this shift until further notice.
  • Approved: The shift has been completed and approved. The employee will be paid for this shift.
  • Rejected: The shift has been completed and rejected. The employee will not be paid for this shift.
