Delete Rota Template

This guide will show you how to delete a rota template in Workmax. Deleting a rota template will remove it from the templates list, and you will no longer be able to use it to create new rotas.

How to Delete Rota Template​

Manager or Admin Profile​

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
  2. Go to the "Rotas & shifts" section.
  3. Select the rota you want to delete the template for.
  4. Click on the "Actions" button.
  5. Click on the "Delete Template" option.
  6. Select the template you want to delete.
  7. Click on the "Delete" button.

Workmax will now delete the rota template, and you will no longer be able to use it to create new rotas. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
