Publish Rota
Publishing a rota in Workmax allows you to share the rota with your team members. Employees assigned to the rota will be able to view their shifts and work schedules. Unassigned shifts will be available for employees to request to work. This guide will show you how to publish a rota in Workmax.
How to Publish a Rota

Workmax will notify your team members when you publish a rota, and they will be able to view their shifts and work schedules.
tip
If you want to add more shifts to the rota, after publishing it, just add the shifts and publish the rota again to update the changes.
Manager or Admin Profile
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
- Go to the "Rotas & shifts" section.
- Select the Rota you want to publish.
- Click on the "Publish" button.
Workmax will now publish the rota, and your team members will be able to view their shifts and work schedules. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
