Time Off is a feature of Workmax that allows you to manage your employees' time off requests. With Time Off, you can create time off requests for your employees, track their time off balances, and approve or reject their time off requests.

How Workmax Time Off Works?

Workmax Time Off works by allowing your employees to submit time off requests through the Workmax app. Once a time off request is submitted, it is sent to the manager or admin for approval. The manager or admin can review the time off request, make any necessary changes, and approve or reject the request. Once the time off request is approved, the employee's time off balance is updated, and the employee is notified of the approval.

Time Off Status

Time Off requests can have the following statuses:

  • Cancelled: The time off request has been cancelled by the employee.
  • Payrolled: The time off request has been processed for payroll.
  • Paid: The time off request has been paid.

Time Off Notifications

Workmax Time Off sends notifications to employees and managers for the following events:

  • Time Off Request Submitted: An employee submits a time off request.
  • Time Off Request Approved: A manager or admin approves a time off request.
  • Time Off Request Rejected: A manager or admin rejects a time off request.
  • Time Off Request Cancelled: An employee cancels a time off request.
