Delete Time Off Request
Sometimes, you may need to delete a time off request that you have submitted. This guide will show you how to delete a time off request in Workmax.
How to Delete a Time Off Request

You can only delete a time off request if it has not been approved by your manager or admin. If the time off request has been approved, you will need to contact your manager or admin to make any changes.
Employee Profile
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an employee account.
- Go to the "Time off requests & policies" section.
- Select the Time Off Policy you want to delete the time off request from.
- Click on the "⋮" icon next to the time off request you want to delete.
- Select the "Delete" option.
- Confirm that you want to delete the time off request by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
Workmax will now delete the selected time off request. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
Manager or Admin Profile
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
- Go to the "Time off requests & policies" section.
- Select the Time Off Request you want to delete.
- Click the "Actions" button.
- Select the "Delete" option.
- Confirm that you want to delete the time off request by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
