Reject Time Off Request

If you need to reject a time off request in Workmax, you can do so easily from the time off list. This guide will show you how to reject a time off request in Workmax.

How to reject a time off request

Rejected time off requests will be sent back to the employee for editing. The employee will get a notification when you reject the time off request.

Manager or Admin Profile

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
  2. Go to the "Time off requests & policies" section.
  3. Select the Time Off Request you want to reject.
  4. Click the "View" link.
  5. Click on the "Reject" button.
  6. Enter a reason for rejecting the time off request.
  7. Click the "Reject" button.

Workmax will now reject the time off request, and it will be sent back to the employee for editing. The employee will get a notification when you reject the time off request. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
