Approve Time Off Request

Once a time off request has been submitted by an employee, it needs to be approved by a manager or admin before it can be processed. This guide will show you how to approve a time off request in Workmax.

How to Approve a Time Off Request

Manager or Admin Profile

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
  2. Go to the "Time off requests & policies" section.
  3. Select the Time Off Request you want to approve.
  4. Click the "View" link.
  5. Click the "Approve" button.

Workmax will now approve the time off request, and it will be ready for processing. The employee will get a notification when you approve the time off request. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
