Add a Pay Calendar

To add a company location, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
  2. Click on your "My Account" icon in the top left corner of the page.
  3. Navigate to "Pay Calendars" section.
  4. Click on the "New Pay Calendar" button.
  5. Enter the pay calendar details.
    • Pay Schedule Name
    • Pay Schedule Frequency (Weekly, Fortnightly, Four Weekly, Monthly)
    • Day of the Week (Weekly)
    • Day of the Month (Monthly)
    • Cut-off Offset (The number of days before the pay date that the cut-off date falls)
    • Start Date
    • First Pay Date
    • Default (Yes or No)
  • Click "Save" button.

Workmax will save the new pay calendar details. You can now view the pay calendar in the "Pay Calendars" section.
