Add a Pay Calendar
To add a company location, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with an admin account.
- Click on your "My Account" icon in the top left corner of the page.
- Navigate to "Pay Calendars" section.
- Click on the "New Pay Calendar" button.
- Enter the pay calendar details.
- Pay Schedule Name
- Pay Schedule Frequency (Weekly, Fortnightly, Four Weekly, Monthly)
- Day of the Week (Weekly)
- Day of the Month (Monthly)
- Cut-off Offset (The number of days before the pay date that the cut-off date falls)
- Start Date
- First Pay Date
- Default (Yes or No)
- Click "Save" button.
Workmax will save the new pay calendar details. You can now view the pay calendar in the "Pay Calendars" section.
