Add an Attachment of Earning
How to Add an Attachment of Earning in Workmax
- Sign in to your "Workmax" account with a manager or admin account.
- Go to the "People" section.
- Select the employee you want to add an attachment of earnings to.
- Click on the "Actions" button.
- Select the "Add Attachment of Earnings (AEOs)" option.
- Click on the "Add AEO" button.
- Add the Attachment of Earning details:
- Type - The type of Attachment of Earning (e.g., Council Tax, Child Maintenance, etc.).
- Reference - The reference number of the Attachment of Earning.
- Charge Admin Fee - Whether an admin fee is charged for the Attachment of Earning.
- Issue Body Reference - The reference number of the issuing body.
- Priority - The priority of the Attachment of Earning.
- Notes - Any additional notes or comments.
- Click on the "Save & Continue" button.
- Add the Deduction details:
- Total Amount - The total amount of the Attachment of Earning.
- Total Amount Paid - The total amount paid for the Attachment of Earning.
- Received Date - The date the Attachment of Earning was received.
- Issue Date - The date the Attachment of Earning was issued.
- Start Date - The start date of the Attachment of Earning.
- End Date - The end date of the Attachment of Earning.
- Deduction Method - Percentage or fixed amount.
- Deduction Amount - The amount to be deducted.
- Protected Earnings Method - Percentage or fixed amount.
- Protected Earnings Amount - The protected earnings amount.
- Click on the "Save & Continue" button.
- Add the Payee Details
- Name - The name of the payee.
- Account Name - The account name of the payee.
- Bank Name - The bank name of the payee.
- Bank Branch - The bank branch of the payee.
- Reference - The reference number of the payee.
- Sort Code - The sort code of the payee.
- Account Number - The account number of the payee.
- Click on the "Save & Continue" button.
- Review the Attachment of Earning details.
- Click on the "Save" button.
Workmax will now add the Attachment of Earnings to the employee's profile. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Workmax Support.
Workmax will start making deductions from the employee's salary based on the Attachment of Earnings details you provided. Make sure to keep the details up to date to avoid any issues.
